Willowsford is the Capital Region’s only farm-to-table community (or agrihood). It was named Community of the Year three years in a row (2012, 2013, 2014) and provides an unmatched lifestyle in the Washington metropolitan area, featuring resort-style amenities, 2,000 acres of preserved land, a working farm, and a variety of distinctive home styles by numerous builders.
The developer client needed a comprehensive marketing package for their innovative, unique community, Willowsford. The work I created for this project spans several years. My role, in collaboration with both the internal marketing and external programming teams, was to design their interactive sales kiosk as well as online ads, e-flyers, videos and website.
